A well proven experience

We have used the Diagrip™ technology in the natural stone industry, where requirements call for efficient, long-lasting and powerful tools for sawing in hard materials.
Now we have refined and improved the technology, and optimized it for the construction industry so you can take advantage of its benefits.
The technology in our Diagrip™ tools is mainly concerned with coarse diamonds, optimal distribution of the diamonds and a new segment design.

Optimal distribution of diamonds

The diamonds have a special treatment so they are distributed optimally in the segment.

This means that the cutting capacity of every diamond is maximized. Contrary to alignment technologies or traditional random distribution, the optimal diamond positioning of the Diagrip™ tech-nology means that the diamonds are exposed constantly, resulting in an extremely even and powerful sawing, especially when cutting in steel rebar.

Coarser size, higher quality

A further advantage is that the Diagrip™ segments have larger diamonds, which increases the thickness of the shavings, and makes for gentler and faster sawing compared to traditional segments.
The treatment of the diamonds also means they remain in place in the segments longer. So the tool bites into the material more positively, and you can saw with more comfort in hard and heavily reinforced concrete. Again, using a Diagrip™ blade means trouble free cutting.

Specially designed segments

The segments are also designed in such a way that fragments and chips are easily expelled from the tool, which ensures cutting speed and tool life – a feature that makes Diagrip™ even more manageable and convenient.
